We pay utmost attention to our customers before, during and especially after the sale of our products. You can inquire when having difficulty in operating the machine or receive on-site training by our friendly, highly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Of course any other questions and comments are welcome and  processed urgently. Repairs are performed at our own repair center, where we keep a full stock of original spare parts.

CLEANING SERVICE

XPRESSO Cleaning Service

We at XPRESSO are happy to help you keep your equipment in top shape, even if you use competitor’s coffee machines. Many times it’s easier to contact XPRESSO than the original equipment manufacturer or reseller for regular maintenance. Maybe you weren’t informed by your retailer that your equipment needs regular cleaning. Contact us at XPRESSO for a cleaning service and we’ll throw in some fresh coffee beans (for first time customers) so you can immediately enjoy your perfectly cleaned machine (conditions apply).

ON-SITE coffee machine cleaning service.

Our “XPRESSO onsite crew” will quickly and at your convenience perform maintenance on your machines at your home and office. The package includes a thorough cleaning, parts maintenance and a quick refresher course in the operation and basic day to day care of you machine. Our affordable service package is available as a onetime service, or you can opt for a longer term contract. All cleaning materials are included.
We’ll even throw in some fresh coffee beans for first time customers so you can immediately enjoy your perfectly cleaned machine (conditions apply).
